According to official data from CI Games, the project has sold 2.04 million copies since October 2023. Of these, 1.6 million were from digital distribution — four times more than sales on discs. The statistics confirm the strengthening of the digital format in the gaming industry.
Interestingly, a total of 5.5 million users have experienced the game. This is due to its availability on Xbox and PC Game Pass throughout the year, starting in May 2024, as well as the active market for used copies.
Despite the high figures, CI Games noted in July that the project has not yet recouped its production and marketing costs, although it is close to breaking even.
The company also confirmed the release of a sequel. Lords of the Fallen 2 will be released in 2026 on the same platforms and will offer fans new challenges.
