Sega has announced a collaboration with the international dance collective Kinjaz to celebrate the release of Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. As part of the partnership, a choreographed performance has been prepared to music from the game and the track "The Path Just Begun" by Young Dirty Bastard, created based on the theme.
The members of Kinjaz danced in front of a large LED screen showing scenes from various levels of Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. The goal of the performance is to combine gameplay and live show, presenting the new Sega action game in a format that will be of interest to both gamers and dance lovers.
Kinjaz is a group known worldwide for its influence on the dance community. The members of the collective draw on Asian cultural roots and have long been fascinated by the aesthetics associated with the image of ninjas. Sega noted that the common cultural ground made them a natural partner for the Shinobi series, which has always relied on ninja mythology.
Shinobi: Art of Vengeance was released on August 29, 2025, on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. A free demo, including the first level, is available on all platforms.
