Mafia The Old Country was recently released, and now fans of the franchise are celebrating the anniversary of the original game.
Mafia The City of Lost Heaven turns 23 in August. The story of taxi driver Tommy Angelo, who gets drawn into the world of organized crime, still attracts players to this day. Not only the game's plot has become iconic, but also one mission: not all gamers were able to cope with the race.
In 2020, the remake Mafia Definitive Edition was released, which presented an updated version of Tommy's story.
Modifications are still being released for the original Mafia: recently patrxgt released a set of fixes called "Cutscene Fixes", and a few years ago the first part of the "Titanic" mod was released — work on the project has been going on for over 15 years.
