With only days left until the release of Cronos: The New Dawn, players are already figuring out how to fit Bloober Team's new project into their busy September.
How many hours will you have to dedicate to this dark adventure? Quite a lot for a single-player game of this kind.
According to designers Wojciech Pieko and Jacek Ziemba, a complete playthrough will take about 18–20 hours. This information was announced back in the spring, but at the time, the developers clarified that the balance of the playthrough was still in progress.
Of course, the final time depends on the approach: some will go through the story directly, others will explore every corner and look for secrets. Even with this approach, the playthrough is unlikely to exceed 20–25 hours.
New Game Plus mode deserves special attention. It will allow you to unlock new costumes, increase the difficulty, and understand the plot more deeply on a second playthrough.
Cronos: The New Dawn will be released on September 5, 2025, just one day after the release of Hollow Knight: Silksong. For Bloober Team, this is another major release after the recent success of Silent Hill 2 Remake.
