The developers of the competitive shooter Overwatch 2 are fighting toxicity. However, sometimes they go too far with the system settings, and the community has been criticizing Blizzard for some time for banning the word noob ("noob").
Recently, the Overwatch 2 team acknowledged the mistake — players will again be allowed to use this word: "... The ban has been lifted. Now you can say \"noob\" ".
Fans of the shooter immediately reacted and used the word to thank the developers: "Thank you, Noob."
