New content and features will soon be added to Heavy Cargo.
The developers of the long-haul truck driver simulator Heavy Cargo The Truck Simulator, in the spirit of ETS 2 and ATS, recently presented a roadmap of updates.
In 2025, there will be free updates. A new game mode, "Economy Mode," will be introduced — you will have to manage your own heavy cargo transportation company (you can still get behind the wheel of a truck yourself). Also, a new SCANIA R 2013 truck model and a photo mode will appear in the game.
In 2026, they intend to release the Heavy South add-on with an expanded map and about 30 new missions.
