The developers of Alan Wake, Max Payne and Control have fans from Russia as well.
Recently, blogger Utopia Show shared his joy. He is a big fan of Remedy's work and the studio recently found out about it.
Utopia said that on the "gathering" he showed part of the apartment and his most noticeable shelves. Among other things, a shelf based on the "Alan Wake" franchise appeared in the frame:
"... I always dreamed that Sam would see our references [in the video]. Why didn't I send it by mail? I was embarrassed. Well, I thought that if it was destined to be seen, it would only be through word of mouth, and not because I imposed it.
After the "gathering" I go to private messages and see a message that begins with the words "greetings from Remedy". My hands started shaking, to be honest)
In general, it turned out that there are people in the company who watch us, but did not know that we are wild fans. Word for word, I told the whole story of my insane love for what they do, told about the dream that Sam would see all this, etc."
He was sent a photo — Sam Lake from Remedy got acquainted with the blogger's work, and also signed an Alan Wake 2 poster.
