XU has acknowledged a defect in its XU20 V32 portable console, affecting users who purchased the device before August 30, and has offered several solutions.
It has come to light that there is a minor design flaw in the XU20 V32 portable retro console. Pressing hard on the D-pad or certain buttons causes the shoulder buttons (bumpers) on the back to activate simultaneously.
XU has officially acknowledged the issue and proposed three solutions. Customers who purchased the device before August 30, 2025, can receive a refund of $5 (approximately 400 rubles) from the team.
Another option is to ask the developers to send a plastic part. It needs to be installed under the shoulder buttons to eliminate unwanted presses. You can also print this part yourself on a 3D printer by downloading the schematic from the internet.
