XU has acknowledged a defect in its XU20 V32 portable console, which affected users who purchased the device before August 30, and offered several solutions to the problem.
It became known that there is a small design flaw in the XU20 V32 portable retro console. When the D-pad or certain buttons are pressed hard, the shifters (bumpers) on the back are triggered simultaneously.
XU has officially acknowledged the problem and offered three ways to solve it. Customers who purchased the device before August 30, 2025 can get a refund of $5 (approximately 400 rubles) from the team.
Another option is to ask the developers to send a plastic part. It must be installed under the shifters to eliminate unwanted clicks. You can also print this part yourself on a 3D printer by downloading the scheme from the Internet.
