Last year, a new work by the writer Andrzej Sapkowski was released. In the book "The Tower of Fools," he presented the adventures of a young Geralt.
As it turned out, this book will have some influence on the new game part of The Witcher 4 franchise, in which Ciri will play the main role.
Narrative director Philipp Weber recently posted a photo of this book on a social network, and one of the users asked: "Have the moments [from the book] influenced anything?"
To which the developer replied:
"I can't say exactly how we'll do it, but "Season of Storms" [the book Season of Storms] was also released during the development of The Witcher 3, so we still tried to include some new elements. You can expect something similar!"
