The authors of Zenless Zone Zero have released update 2.2 "Do Not Go Gently Into That Good Night." miHoYo (HoYoverse) traditionally offers players compensation — 300 Polychromes for technical work and another 300 for bug fixes.
Some new features and fixes:
- Sid, an S-rank character (Assault, Electro): "specializes in dealing damage and can produce massive electrical damage. Combined with another agent of the Assault specialty, they can together form a new combat system to restrain enemies."
- S-rank character: Orphia and Magus (Assault, Fire): "this is a team that combines damage and support skills. In combat, they use aftershocks with fire damage when the active agent attacks the opponent. In addition, when Orphia and Magus hit an enemy with certain techniques, all agents in the squad receive the 'Aim Focus' effect, which increases attack power and allows partially ignoring the opponent's defense when dealing damage with aftershocks."
- Amplifier recommendations have been added to the "Agents" → "Equipment" menu.
- A function has been added to the agent list that allows you to hide all unobtained characters in the menu.
- Fixed a bug where, in some cases, agent Juu Fuufu could take damage while using the "Tiger Cauldron" attack chain when not an active character in combat.
- Fixed an issue with incorrect playback of some voice lines of agent Juu Fuufu.
- Fixed a bug displaying the model of the tanuki Koma, agent Yuzuh's pet, in some scenes.
- Fixed a bug where, under certain conditions, the effects of agent Yuzuh's basic attack "Tanuki Cloak" would malfunction while parrying some enemy attacks.
- Fixed a bug where, for agent Astra Yao, the area of effect did not increase properly during the third stage of the basic attack "Capriccio" if the basic attack button was held down for a charged attack.
- Fixed a bug where the elevator did not work correctly in some locations.
- Fixed bugs displaying details in some locations.
- Fixed bugs displaying some NPC models.
- Improved voice acting for some story dialogues and combat scenes in English, Japanese, and Korean.
