Sometimes interacting with DLC was problematic.
Recently, the developers of The Sims 4 introduced a small technical update. Maxis heard feedback from users who pointed out the excessive waiting time for the "Confirm" button to activate when switching packs.
The recent patch fixed a bug that caused the "Confirm" button to remain inactive for too long after players disabled packs on the pack selection screen.
The developers explained that "The delay time largely depends on the power of your computer, but a slight delay when using the \"Confirm\" button is necessary to ensure that all selected packs are fully loaded before confirming the players' choice. This ensures that the packs load correctly, providing a smooth and reliable gaming experience with the selected packs."
