A user with the nickname Shirrako boasted on social media: "Hollow Knight Silksong completed in one sitting" and posted a screenshot — his playthrough time was 16 hours 36 minutes 23 seconds.
This allowed the player to complete the speedrun achievement: "Speed Completion — Complete the game 100% in no more than 30 hours."
However, Team Cherry made it clear that Silksong can be completed several times faster, as there is another achievement: "Speedrun — Complete the game in no more than 5 hours."
Commentators urged Shirrako to relax and go outside to get his blood flowing after a long gaming session.
