According to the game's Steam page, 007 First Light will allow players to "test their skills" and "replay favorite missions with additional modifiers, ensuring endless spy adventures." This is similar to the challenges in Hitman World of Assassination, where players are encouraged to find creative ways to eliminate targets. Given the vast number of possibilities and ways to solve tasks, it will be interesting to see what ideas IO Interactive comes up with.
007 First Light will be released on March 27, 2026, on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will feature various mechanics, including deceiving enemies, as well as Q gadgets such as a laser on a watch, smoke bombs, and others.
