After years of leadership, Halo: The Master Chief Collection no longer holds the top spot for the number of Gamerscore points on Xbox.
The Elder Scrolls Online has broken the record. With the release of the new Feast of Shadows DLC, the total number of points reached 7050 — 50 more than the previous favorite.
In total, ESO now has 179 achievements, while Halo: MCC has 400. At the same time, the ratio of the number of tasks to the reward for them looks more favorable for the Bethesda game.
Halo achievements are associated with completing the campaign and multiplayer, while in ESO, new rewards require completing difficult dungeons at different levels, which takes much more time and requires skills.
Since the MMORPG regularly receives fresh additions, experts are confident that the project's leadership in the Gamerscore table may last for a long time.
The moment is symbolic for Xbox: for the first time, the record was set not by a collection of classic games, but by an actively supported MMO.
