With a slight delay, Hobby World publishing house has finally opened pre-orders on the CrowdRepublic crowdfunding platform for the board game "Highway Song," designed for 2-4 players.
Currently, the board game can be purchased for 6490 rubles, the "Encore" expansion for 4490 rubles, the "Off the Rails" expansion for 1990 rubles, and a set with the game and two expansions for 11,990 rubles.
"Highway Song" is a cooperative project in which participants play as vagrants stuck on a mystical train. In each car, they will find their own strange story: ghosts with personalities, unexpected trials, and moments when they will have to help each other to maintain their humanity.
Gamers will be able to experience 20+ scenarios, 300+ events, and six characters – the Cursed One, the Empress, the Singer, the Confessor, the Runaway, and the Wanderer, as well as see unique bosses with their own rules.
The "Encore" expansion adds a new chapter to the game, fresh stories, a mode for a quick campaign, new mechanics, tactical resources, and personal scenarios for the characters. And "Off the Rails" makes the entire campaign more difficult and replayable, gives you a chance to replay the game, and introduces personal goals, leveling for each hero, new ways to deal with curses, and manage risk.
Hobby World will send boxes with "Highway Song" to buyers in November 2025, and the expansions will have to wait until March 2026. If you order the base game together with the expansions, then the team will send them in two separate deliveries – first the base, and then the expansions, or everything together in March 2026.
