In an interview, he noted:

"There's a lot of negativity online, but there are also those who are grateful for the game. People come up to me and say, 'I've spent 300 hours in it,' even though it's only been two months since release."

For the developers, this is "very touching."

Funcom is pleased with the start: in two days, almost 150,000 people bought the game on Steam. But Bylos admitted that "everything slowed down in the summer." Now the online presence is at the level of 14 thousand players, while at its peak the audience reached almost 190 thousand.

The developers are confident that the project will still find new fans.

"There are many people who haven't tried the game yet, but they will like it," Bylos said. The upcoming major update is designed for this.

Version 1.2.0.0 will add a continuation of the story in the second chapter and a lot of changes - from noticeable mechanic fixes to the ability to pet donkeys. The studio hopes that the update will bring back old fans and attract new players to the world of Arrakis.
