Dragon Ball: Gekishin Squadra is a free-to-play game set in the Dragon Ball universe. The project is the series' first foray into the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre with 4v4 matches.
The game is now available on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC on Steam, iOS, and Android with cross-play support and shared progress between platforms.
The starting roster includes 22 characters divided into three categories: Damage, Tanks, and Support. Among them are classic characters such as Goku, Vegeta, Krillin, Mr. Satan, and Frieza, as well as new ones like Hit, Gamma 1 and 2, and Daima Goku. Each character has unique skills that influence team strategy and allow for different tactical combinations.
The combat system is organized around two main lanes on the map, with simplified mechanics that make it easy for newcomers to get started, while still challenging experienced players. During matches, characters can evolve, unlock special skills, and fight bosses, creating tactical opportunities that influence the outcome of battles.
In addition to gameplay, the game allows you to customize characters, customize intro animations, and finishing moves. A battle pass and cosmetics store provide additional customization options.
