New content for exploration and characters will soon appear in Honkai Star Rail. miHoYo is starting to show new items.
Recently, the creators of Honkai Star Rail held a presentation of update 3.6 "The Darkness Returned to the Wastelands". After that, they traditionally published a selection of screenshots of the content.
There are shots with new characters — in HSR 3.6, Dan Heng can be added to the collection for free (the version with the Preservation path); the heroine Temen will appear. Some locations, events and enemies were also shown.
The release of Honkai Star Rail 3.6 update is expected on September 24, 2025. miHoYo revealed the character banners in advance.
