Killing Floor 3 was released in July of this year. The launch of the cooperative shooter was delayed for refinement, but the final version still came out with technical problems and a small amount of content.
After a couple of months, the online presence of Killing Floor 3 decreased by more than 90%: from the initial 30,000+ players, it dropped to a level of 600 – 1000 users on weekends.
The second part of the franchise is more popular: Killing Floor 2's peak online presence on Steam exceeds 4,000 players.
