Not everyone plays Counter-Strike 2, and the developers are trying to prevent attackers from using cheats. There has been some success.
Recently, Valve made some changes to the Counter-Strike 2 anti-cheat, which caused a negative reaction in the community of cheat users.
Blogger-dataminer Gabe Follower drew attention to the complaints of cheaters in CS 2 in specialized communities:
«The cheating community complains that a silent update to the VAC anti-cheat system in CS2 has annihilated a significant portion of cheats, including some wallhacks and trigger bots operating through DMA cards».
