This week, people will be able to buy starter boxes with miniatures for the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legiones Astartes, Mechanicum, and Solar Auxilia tabletop game, the "Slaying Blade" super-heavy tank model, the "Tactical Journal: Forges of Saturn," and a set with Mk.II "Crusade" power armor assault squad.
It's time to find out what Warhammer: The Horus Heresy fans will be able to pre-order from September 20, 2025. It will be possible to purchase a plastic model of a super-heavy tank called the "Slaying Blade," equipped with laser cannons, heavy bolters, a flamer, and a multi-melta.
It will be possible to get an assault squad in Mk.II "Crusade" power armor. The set contains 10 composite plastic miniatures of Space Marines with chain axes and bolt pistols, as well as optional combat shields, power hammers, heavy chain axes, volkite serpentas, disintegrator pistols, melta bombs, grenades, holsters, and pouches.
The 48-page "Tactical Journal: The Forges of Saturn" (Journal Tactica: The Forges of Saturn) will be delivered, containing information on how Primarch Vulcan played an important role in reintroducing Saturnine Terminator armor to the legions, new pieces of lore, three asymmetrical Onslaught missions, new profiles for the Saturnine command squad, Word Bearers, and more.
They will be allowed to buy three starter and factional boxes with miniatures – Legiones Astartes (Space Marines), Mechanicum (Mechanicum) and Solar Auxilia (Solar Auxilia), which received the title "Combat Force".
The Legiones Astartes set contains 20 Legionaries in MkVI power armor, which can be equipped with bolters, heavy bolters or missile launchers, two sprues with accessories for tactical marines, a "Rhino" tracked armored personnel carrier (Deimos model), a "Leviathan" dreadnought with a gravi-flux bombard, a storm cannon and a melta-lance, heavy flamers, a decal sheet for the infantry of the Legiones Astartes (293 decals), two decal sheets for the vehicles of the Legiones Astartes (44 decals on each).
The Mechanicum pack contains six Thallax, armed with lightning guns, multi-meltas, chain bayonets and melta bombs, two Castellax with a heavy photon accelerator cannon "Dark Flame", a multi-melta and bolter weapons, a Thanatar automaton, armed with a plasma mortar model "Hellex", and four decal sheets: two sheets for Mechanicum macrostructures (394 decals on each), two sheets for Mechanicum structures (558 decals on each).
The Solar Auxilia set contains 20 soldiers armed with lasrifles, a tactical command squad consisting of a captain and four companions, two reconnaissance walkers with grenade launchers, multi-lasers, heavy flamers and volkite weapons, a Leman Russ tank, two decal sheets for Solar Auxilia infantry (152 decals on each) and two decal sheets for Solar Auxilia vehicles (180 decals on each).
