Someone has already found their \"best girl\" in the franchise.
Vex (the local \"Siren\") is attracting the attention of many players in Borderlands 4. Some consider the heroine not just powerful, but the strongest.
This is causing different reactions: for some, Vex in Borderlands 4 is now a favorite to play — her skill set allows her to destroy bosses in literally seconds, using the Witchy Trigger Finger buff to increase weapon damage.
Not everyone is happy with this \"balance\" and calls for Vex to be nerfed have begun to appear, but a fan community has already formed around the girl.
Developer Graham Timmins recently wrote \"Nerf, you say?\" under one of the posts demonstrating Vex's destructive power— and was soon forced to clarify that no one would rush to make changes to the game:
\"Guys, chill, we're not going to react mindlessly to anything. Nevertheless, it's reminiscent of the one we fixed with Harlow and Rafah before launch, which could recursively deal damage and actually caused the game to crash and/or freeze the interface. We'll investigate it, maybe there really is a stability issue here.\"
