Recently, players have started to sound the alarm. A new round of fraudulent advertising campaign targeting those interested in the shooter Battlefield 6 has been noticed online.

Hackers in advertising promise free participation in Battlefield 6 testing. According to the idea, the player (victim) through advertising goes to the site "ea.6-battlefield", the design of which is difficult to distinguish from the official one, and then he is transferred to another fake page "store.steampowered.joinedplaytest".

This page mimics Steam, and after entering the account data, they will be sent to fraudsters. Not everyone uses two-factor authentication, so through this method, attackers can gain access to an account in the Valve service.
