The game will be released on September 19, 2025 on PC and Xbox Series X|S. The short description mentions cooperative PvE for four players, which can be compared to a space version of Sea of Thieves. Sea ships have been replaced by starships, sabers and muskets by laser blasters, but the structure of the game is similar.
"Jump Space is a collaborative exploration of space with friends, where every battle and mission requires teamwork," the authors note.
At the time of publication, the game is in 15th place in terms of additions to the wishlist on Steam, next to Resident Evil Requiem and Vampire: Bloodlines 2, which bodes well for success.
The developers have revealed the first development plans. In early 2026, an expanded storyline, new types of weapons, enemies and missions will appear. In mid-2026, additional story arcs and a first-person view when piloting ships are expected. Version 1.0 may be released later in 2026.
