The Japanese laundry Maruwa integrated the interactive game Real Focus Synergy. It was created by Nissho Denki Seigyo (this is not a game developer — it supplies industrial equipment; the company turned to Epic Games for help.
This game is a city-building idle simulator: when laundry is handed over for washing, time is added to the timer in the game and the character continues to work until the allotted time runs out.
As a result, an increase in labor productivity of Maruwa employees by 8-18% was recorded.
