For completing three of these tasks as part of the "Neighbor Watch" challenge, you can get a winter police uniform with a tie, as well as a bonus of GTA $100,000.
There is a giveaway for owners of the "Declasse Park Ranger (emergency)" car — you can get a winter ranger uniform with a tie for your collection.
There is a multiplier on rewards for photo hunts, capture bureau targets, chase series rewards, and the "Convoy" mode.
