Mechanooids: War Protocol now intends to bring it to release.
Work on Mechanooids: War Protocol (or A.I.M.3: War Protocol) continues after the project was unfrozen.
The developers decided to demonstrate a small teaser of "mechanooid pain" and talked about their plans:
"...we continue to work on improving the combat. For those who are worried about the other components of the game, we have this answer: they are all MUCH simpler than combat. Therefore, after unfreezing the project, we started with the most difficult thing to do in it: combat.
So, what do we see here? Completely obvious, self-evident and "easily done with two mouse clicks" things. You can observe them yourself in the video. Test conditions where a specially trained mechanooid motionlessly hits one point with the weapon that was given to him.
We are still working on these things, but they are already close to what we want to see in early access."
