The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin remains one of the most anticipated free RPGs of the coming months, and the new gameplay showcase better reveals the project.
The development is handled by Netmarble studio, known for its large-scale anime RPGs. These games combine a spectacular visual style with large worlds. New gameplay footage was shown at the State of Play 2025 presentation.
The release date is set for January 28, 2026. The authors chose a relatively free window — no giants like Nioh or Resident Evil are expected during this period, although there will still be competition with Code Vein 2.
The game has been confirmed for PlayStation 5 and PC. Judging by the latest materials, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin will become one of the key JRPGs of early 2026.
