During the presentation of third-party projects at State of Play, new gameplay footage of Halloween was shown. The video shows the player either destroying civilians or trying to escape from a ruthless killer.
The game is made in the format of an asymmetrical horror 1 against 4. One participant controls Michael Myers, and the rest will act as ordinary people who have to survive. The developers will also add a single-player story mode and the ability to play offline with bots, so that the project is interesting to those who avoid network battles.
The participation of actor Nick Castle, who played Myers in the original films, is separately noted. He is responsible for capturing the movements of the maniac, which should enhance the authenticity of the horror.
The premiere of Halloween is scheduled for September 6, 2026. The game will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
