The authors of the large-scale medieval RPG Wartales have announced the release of the premium DLC Contract The Fief.
Players will be invited to take control of lands in terrible condition — it will be possible to bring the fief to prosperity (or go another way):
"...successful management requires more than just weapons and gold. Develop your domain through construction, production of goods, and far-sighted trade. Ensure that your subjects remain fed, protected, and loyal. Every decision affects the appearance of your fief and the lives of those who live there. Will it become a bastion of prosperity or a harsh barracks?"
