"You can invest $400 million, but you can just as easily try to get by with a tenth of the amount and get a comparable result if the project is successful."

According to him, 2025 has become the time for medium and smaller games: along with Clair Obscur, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Peak, and Hades 2 occupy prominent positions. More and more developers, disappointed with the AAA segment, are choosing this path.
