According to Art Director Don Arceta in an interview, Japan in the new installment is not only the largest but also the most eventful.
He recalled that Forza Horizon 5 was twice the size of the fourth part, but the map of the "sixth" will surpass this indicator as well.
"You can't make a huge map and not fill it with activities. I think the Japanese version of Horizon is both scale and density. There is always something to discover and explore. But yes, it's bigger. I won't name the numbers. It's bigger."
Players can expect the usual challenges, collectibles, missions, and side quests for the series.
The developers paid special attention to Tokyo, which will become the largest city in the history of Forza Horizon.
"People will be surprised because it's probably our most ambitious urban project. It's multi-layered, complex, and I'm sure players will enjoy exploring it. It's a new and fresh feeling."
The first gameplay footage of Forza Horizon 6 is expected in early 2026.
