Fans want more attention to be paid to Lumine.
In Genshin Impact, players are offered a choice of two protagonists — Lumine (girl) and Aether (boy). Sometimes fans are unhappy with marketing materials if (in their opinion) their favorite character has not been given due attention.
Melfire and some other Lumine fans criticized the recent promo video for the fifth anniversary of Genshin Impact: "No Lumine version, so it's terrible. They could at least stop neglecting the players in honor of the holiday and release a version of the video with Lumine as the main character, or at least one miserable art with her..."
Lumine is present in several shots; Melfire clarified that she would like to see the girl as the main character in the video, "but here it is clear from the context that she is not in this role, given who is depicted in the video."
