Season 10 recently started in Diablo 4. Not all mechanics and content are working as intended.
A representative of the Diablo 4 team, under the nickname PezRadar, is tracking feedback and responding to some of it - he confirmed the preparation of fixes for a couple of issues:
- The chaos ability A Beast Cornered is working incorrectly - it spends more health than intended
- User Nabs_Tagger asked "Can you PLEASE revert the spires in the "Infernal Hordes" mode to the state before this patch? (kills only count if you are in the circle) - the need to kill inside the circle completely ruins the game in a group because they aggro on other players" - PezRadar in response promised "some changes"
He did not specify when exactly they plan to release the update.
