Choo Choo Games Publishing has announced the opening of pre-orders for the board game "Word Keepers" (Illiterati), designed for 1-5 people and fans of projects in the spirit of "Scrabble". People who want to buy it will have to pay 2990 rubles.
This board game will turn participants into librarians from the "League of Word Keepers", trying to stop the Order of the Illiterati, who want to destroy all books and conquer the world.
Participants will have to make words from letter tokens, bind books and face villains. This game has several modes: cooperative, competitive, single player and "for games with children".
The "Word Keepers" box contains 144 cardboard letter tokens, two pouches, a burning scale, 20 red and 20 blue books, five library cards, a three-minute hourglass and 25 villain cards.
The above-mentioned board game, which earned 7.1 points out of 10 on BGG, will appear in the warehouse only in March-April 2026.
