In the future, advanced gamers will have the opportunity to play their favorite games on the OneXFly Apex handheld console from OneXPlayer. The device features an 8-inch screen, a silent liquid cooling system, and an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 "Strix Halo" processor.
One-Netbook, the company that brought the world the X1 Air and OneXSugar 1, has published a teaser trailer for a new portable and horizontal console from the OneXPlayer brand, called the OneXFly Apex.
This flagship device, designed for avid gamers, features an 8-inch 120Hz display with VRR, adjustable multi-stage triggers, Windows 11 operating system, backlit joysticks, ABXY buttons, a D-pad, dual Harman Kardon speakers, and a Mini SSD slot.
Inside the OneXFly Apex, you'll find an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 "Strix Halo" processor with 16 cores and 32 threads of Zen 5 computing power, an integrated Radeon 8060S GPU with 40 compute units on RDNA 3.5 (up to 2.9 GHz, supports up to 96 GB of VRAM from shared memory).
In addition, the console has a silent liquid cooling system and a removable 85 Wh battery. The OneXFly Apex will support up to 120W of power and up to 128GB of RAM.
Unfortunately, it is not yet known when pre-orders for such a device will open, or how long it will take until release. The OneXFly Apex will certainly be very expensive.
