Farming Simulator has long been a market leader in simulators, and Farming Simulator 25 perfectly confirms this. But the series has always had gaps that prevented it from being considered almost perfect.
One of these elements remained fishing, the absence of which fans especially felt. But after many years of requests, the community will finally get what they have been waiting for so long. Giants Software is no longer shifting this task to modders and is independently developing a full-fledged mode.
As expected, it will appear in the form of paid DLC. On November 4, 2025, a new map created specifically for catching and breeding fish will be released on all platforms. The Highlands Fishing location is inspired by Scotland. The developers promise that players will be able to open their own fish farms and engage in fishing without restrictions.
