The claims are not against the developers themselves, but against the outsourced support service, which is allegedly involved in shadow schemes.
The internet sleuth believes that tech support employees were bribed by hackers — this is how they were able to gain access to administrator tools and thus obtain GTA 5 accounts, which were then sold on the black market.
There were reports that they were trying to sell access to these tools for $50,000, and the gang tag could allegedly be bought for $150-300.
