Adventure Works studio is nearing completion of the platformer Lifted. The adventure is implemented in 2.5D format and stands out with its bright visual style.
The player controls a hero named Ari, who is drawn into a journey through history by an eccentric professor. The scientist has created a time machine, and now he and Ari have to travel the world to find and collect rare archaeological artifacts.
You can try out the platformer on Steam, where a demo version is available. The project is clearly inspired by the adventures of Indiana Jones and partly resembles Rayman. The studio claims that development is progressing at a good pace and the team has started the final polishing. The full release of Lifted is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
