HideWorks studio has managed to draw attention to its survival horror game, Liminal Point. However, problems have arisen.
The project was noticed not only by "ordinary" gamers, but also by big fans of Resident Evil, who immediately noticed the suspicious resemblance of the main character to Claire Redfield from the Capcom franchise.
The developer of Liminal Point responded to posts on social media — addressed the "similarity" to Claire and explained the revealing image with the peculiarities of the game's lore:
«1) She wasn't supposed to look like Claire, we never planned that. If you look at our previous clips, she had short brown hair. But when we created her, it became obvious that red hair goes best with black clothes and gives her dynamism in the background.
2) She's a former rock star (alternative rock), so... that's how they dress».
