New tactical screens allow you to detail the roles of players in both phases of the match, eliminating the limitations of previous versions. Now, shifting an attacker from the flank to the position of an attacking midfielder does not disrupt the automatic operation of the entire defense. A new set of roles has also been added for playing without the ball, and roles in the attacking phase have been redefined.
FM26 will also feature a "visualizer" — an analytical tool that shows construction statistics, including the percentage of successful passes, the pace of the game, and the efficiency of the transition from defense to attack. This will help to more accurately assess the team's style and make tactical decisions during the season.
