Recently, an update was released for Battle.net, and soon users of the application began reporting problems.
World of Warcraft players noticed that their accounts began to disappear from the list in Battle.net: sometimes only one disappears, and sometimes several "evaporate" at once.
Blizzard Entertainment responded to complaints from affected players:
«We are aware of an issue causing some World of #Warcraft licenses to not appear in the Battle.net app. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience».
