This time, the focus is onThe Eye Collective:

The growth of Great Archers in your cities is increased by 1. Under his command, Great Archers gain 1 to speed, 1 to initiative, and 20% to health. Their Attack and Defense increase by 1 for every 3 hero levels, and enemy Great Archers lose the same amount of Attack and Defense".
