EFT is expecting specific changes.
The Battlestate Games boss has decided on the approximate release date for the Escape from Tarkov update, which should simplify some aspects of the game.
Nikita Buyanov addressed the EFT community on social media: «Softcore changes are coming [this] week! Approximately October 8th».
«Softcore» is the complete opposite of hardcore, i.e. various restrictions will be removed. So far, the Escape from Tarkov developers have not specified exactly what they plan to change.
Fans from the «Tarkov Metamovement» community expect that softcore includes accelerated skill leveling, as well as «reducing the number of tedious restrictions».
