Recently, the authors of Minecraft launched testing of a new patch. Version "1.21.10" for Java contains a number of minor fixes.
However, the community's attention was drawn not to the content of the patch, but to its version. Judging by observations, for the first time in 11 years, Minecraft has received a "long" patch — its number has a double-digit value.
Usually, the version name was formed as: "1.**+1", i.e., according to this logic, this patch should have been designated as "1.22", but Mojang preferred to do otherwise.
The last time a "long" patch was presented was in 2014 — 1.7.10.
