On October 9, the Heroes of Might and Magic series turns 30 years old. To celebrate the anniversary, Ubisoft will hold a special broadcast - it will begin on Thursday at 19:00 Moscow time. It is expected that the company will announce the release date of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era.
Previously, Ubisoft reported that Olden Era, which is scheduled for release in 2025, has already been added to the wishlist by more than 750 thousand Steam users. Thanks to this, the project took first place among turn-based strategies on the platform.
In a recent video, developers from the Unfrozen studio showed the work of the observer mode in a multiplayer game, and also demonstrated the process of exploring the map and discovering new objects. Olden Era will feature both classic points of interest familiar to fans of the series, as well as many new elements created specifically for this project.
The developers call Olden Era the official prequel to Heroes of Might and Magic. Ubisoft promises to tell more about it during the anniversary broadcast.
