Reddit users noted that carefully crafted elements are hidden inside the miniature cartridges — memory chips, built-in batteries, and body mounting points, made with millimeter-level detail. This level of accuracy came as a surprise even to LEGO fans.
The main console block is particularly impressive. Under the case there is a black round part that exactly repeats the place where the built-in speaker was located in the original — even the color and shape match.
The main highlight is the spring system under the buttons. Thanks to it, the keys react like a real Game Boy, with a characteristic "rebound" and precise response to pressing.
