Sony has showcased a new limited edition DualSense Icon Blue Special Edition controller, but it will only be available to players in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. The company also introduced several collectible accessories alongside it.
Sony continues to actively release special versions of DualSense, inspired by games and the brand's history. However, many models, as before, are only available in certain markets. This was the case with the controller in honor of the release of Hogwarts Legacy, which was only released in the UK, and with the Concord version, intended for the USA.
This time, the Japanese company showed a unique option — the controller is made in deep iridescent shades of blue, and the touch panel is decorated with glossy PlayStation symbols.
The DualSense Icon Blue Special Edition will be released on October 20 in the US and Canada, and on October 28 in Mexico and Chile. The price is $84.99. The controller will only be sold at Walmart and PlayStation Direct.
Sony has also prepared a series of exclusive souvenirs — keychains with characters from The Last of Us and Astro Bot, as well as accessories inspired by PlayStation classics.
