Microsoft and Bethesda have prepared a surprise by releasing a remaster of the 2006 classic. Despite some technical issues, the game has been warmly received - this is a chance to relive one of the most important RPG adventures.
Initially, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered was only available in digital format, and Bethesda is preparing a physical edition for fans and collectors. But the disc does not contain the full game - it only has 19 GB out of 120 GB, so players will have to download more than 100 GB.
The community is outraged: Bethesda previously promised a complete physical edition without additional downloads. Fans feel cheated.
For many, the premiere of the boxed version was supposed to be an event, but now there are serious concerns: when the servers are shut down, disc owners may lose access to the entire game, turning the "return to the past" into a symbol of modern industry problems.
