The publishing house 4Games (4ies) has prepared a gift for fans of game designer Carl Chudyk, who created such board games as Innovation Ultimate, Glory to Rome and "Pandovorot".
It is going to localize the card game Mottainai. The name of the project means "Don't waste" or "There is a soul in every little thing." This is a philosophy of careful attitude, and in this board game, designed for 2-5 people, participants will have to follow it literally.
Mottainai is a direct heir to the ideas of Glory to Rome, but rethought and packaged into a fast and incredibly deep 20-minute game. Gamers will be able to become novices in the temple.
The same card in the game can be a task that gives a special action, a material for creating works, or the work itself with a unique ability.
The goal is to sell works to temple visitors or complete them, planning moves in advance and combining the abilities of the works. The team will bring the game next year, with a circulation of 500 boxes. If all goes according to plan, then pre-order will open in the foreseeable future.
